Visit a Belgian Artisan Chocolaterie & Discover the Fabulous History of Chocolate
Choosing Planète Chocolat, it is discovering much more than a chocolate shop: at Planete Chocolat you have the opportunity to discover closely the delicious world of chocolate! In our chocolaterie – half museum, half shop – we organize presentations and workshops all around the chocolate theme. You will learn everything about chocolate from the History and origin of cocoa with the Mayas to the current production of chocolate. While attending the presentation, you can watch our chocolatiers manufacturing pralines and chocolate creations through the windows of our live workshop.
From its origin to the unmolding, at the end of the demonstration, you will know everything about chocolate in all its forms and flavors. New flavors, original design, surprising packaging, every single detail is carefully planned. All you have to do is take a bite!
During the presentation you receive a tasting of pralines and homemade hot chocolate. The presentation lasts approximately one hour.
Individuals are welcomed to spontaneously join our presentations in English and French every Saturday at 4 pm and Sunday at 3pm without reservation. If you would like to visit us with your group, do not hesitate to contact us to get a reservation of a demonstration during the week. We receive up to 160 guests in one go!
