Our chocolate is handmade. It is free from preservatives and artificial colourings, allowing you to fully enjoy its quality. All produce available on our website are made fresh in our traditional workshop on a daily basis.
Recommendation:
In order to fully savour our chocolate products, they should be consumed within 2 weeks of purchase. The chocolate will reveal all its flavours if eaten at a temperature close to 20°C. Please store the products in a cool (between 16°C and 19°C), dry place.
Please do not store the chocolate in a fridge, it could alter its texture. A white cast may appear on your chocolate due to temperature variations. It is the cocoa butter pushed to the top. It's only superficial, it doesn't alter the chocolate's taste.
