The assortment of Gayettes is an example of Planète Chocolat's stated intention to combine in a single box the excellence of handmade truffles. The box is made of three protective trays which house the chocolate delights, thus preserving their flavor. The Speculaas truffles are an excellent example of Brussels tradition, their deliciously sweet crunchy coating has a melting centre of butter and milk chocolate cream. Our hazelnut truffles encapsulate the inspiration of our master chocolate makers, characterized by a crisp layer of hazelnut around a delicious filling, as well as our meltingly creamy and refreshing coconut truffles, with the sweetness of grated coconut.
